Chip attended Westfield State, and Johnson and Wales University studying Hotel / Restaurant Management with a concentration in Culinary Arts.
He gained valuable experience honing his skills at Buffalo Wild Wings, East Bay Grille, and Bingham Dana LLP where he was the Food & Beverage manager. He has worked in Boston, Plymouth, Naples, Florida experiencing all levels of Food & Beverage operations both in the kitchen and dining room. Chip also volunteers his extra time by bringing his therapy dog Daisy to various nursing homes in the area to brighten there day.
Chip is responsible for managing all aspects of the food & beverage operations including private functions, golf tournaments, the Red Tail Tavern, and all of the amenities available on the golf course.
2018 will be Chip's third season at Red Tail.
