Jim Pavlik has been a PGA member since 1977.  Jim started his golf professional career at the Elmira CC in upstate New York.  He has held Assistant Professional positions at the 54 hole DuPont CC in Wilmington Delaware and Overbrook Golf Club in Philadelphia.  In 1981 Jim was appointed the Head Golf Professional position at Chester Valley Golf Club in Philadelphia. While At Chester Valley, Jim was host professional for a PGA Senior Championship. Jim was also the owner of Cassadaga Lakes Country Club in western New York for a number of years. Now he is the first and only General Manager at the renowned Red Tail Golf Club taking the reins in 2001.

While in Philadelphia, Jim served on the Philadelphia PGA board of directors. He held the position of secretary and was the membership chairman. He also was the Jr. Golf promote of the year in 1981.

Jim has played completive tournament golf for over 20 years. He has competed on a few mini tours as well as PGA Section tournaments. He has 3 tournament victories to his achieves.  Jim lives with his wife Nancy in Shirley Ma.
